Letter Writing

Sometimes I think of what I would put in my resignation letter.  The pure thrill of leaving and being done with this place gets me excited.  Would it be short?

Dear Charlie,

I officially resign from my position effective immediately.

OR would I try to find a way to be slightly passive-aggressive?

Dear Charlie,

Due to your constant negativity and no positive feedback, I feel it is best that I resign from my position.

OR do I want to find a polite way to say “fuck you”?

Dear Charlie,

You have crushed every aspect of who I am both professionally and personally.  While I would not like to give you the satisfaction of knowing that you have destroyed my soul, I feel it is best I write this letter before I slit my wrist and bleed slowly.  Your backstabbing, passive-aggressive nature, and overall shittyness has led me to now longer be happy in my position.  It is not healthy for someone in my position to start and end the day crying because of your existence.  Leaving here, I know you will simply blame me, but we both know the truth.  I am resigning from my position in hope that you will stop sabotaging my future.

Ok, maybe not the most creative.  I guess I can hash out the details later….
